We are pleased to offer a full-time employment opportunity as a Guest Engagement Coordinator in our Guest Engagement Team in Regina.

Responsibilities

Create meaningful connections with guests over the phone and virtually

Respond promptly and professionally to all guest inquiries

Book customer appointments with various departments and connect them with product specialists

Promote specials and campaigns based on current marketing initiatives

Execute outbound call campaigns with a customer-first approach

Qualifications

Experience with Microsoft Office

A growth-focused, proactive mindset

Strong customer service skills – the ability to listen, empathize, and provide thoughtful solutions

High attention to detail and a results-driven attitude

Excellent verbal and written communication

Passion, energy, and professionalism

Previous dealership experience is an asset, but not required
