**ARMADA COLONY SCHOOL-**Armada Colony School is located close to the village of Lomond

(from Lomond, 8 km west on highway 531, 2.3 km north on range road 210).

– approx. 27 hours/week

Monday

to Thursday - 8:50 am to 3:30 pm, and Friday, 8:50 am to 12:00 pm

This position startsas soon as possible

and concludesJune 19, 2026, and will commence with the upcoming school

year.

Ideally,

candidates will:

be prepared to

always demonstrate respect for Hutterite culture, traditions and beliefs

have a positive

attitude about children, learning and schools

have a critical

role in instruction, under the supervision of the teacher

be able to work

with students in small groups or 1:1

be able to work

well independently and with the school staff

support English

Language Learners in language acquisition

Ideally, candidates will:

  • provide support to students on a 1:1 basis or with small group instruction.
  • support English as an Additional Language Learners in language acquisition (early literacy and numeracy skills).

Horizon School Division No. 205 operates 43 schools across east central Saskatchewan, with our central office in Humboldt. Horizon spans a geographic area of approximately 30,970 square kilometers, from Bulyea in the south, Wakaw in the north, Foam Lake in the east, and Viscount in the west. The division is divided into 14 Subdivisions for purposes of representation on the Board of Education.
