ServiceMaster of the Valley is looking for a highly organized and motivated Office Coordinator to join our team in the Annapolis Valley. This role is perfect for someone who thrives in a fast-paced environment, enjoys variety in their day, and takes pride in keeping things running smoothly behind the scenes.

What You’ll Do

As our Office Coordinator, you’ll be a key part of daily operations, supporting both our customers and our internal team. Responsibilities include:

• Answering incoming calls and returning customer inquiries
• Booking carpet cleaning and residential cleaning appointments
• Making outbound calls to schedule services
• Managing and updating social media and website content
• Maintaining vehicle logs and scheduling maintenance appointments
• Organizing and managing office files and documentation
• Assisting with area rug cleaning, laundry, and shop upkeep
• Supporting Project Managers with administrative tasks related to insurance claims
• Assisting with onboarding and training new employees

What We’re Looking For

• Strong organizational and multitasking skills
• Excellent communication and customer service abilities
• Comfortable with phone-based work and scheduling
• Basic computer skills (social media, email, file management)
• A team player with a positive attitude and willingness to jump in where needed
