Program and Operations support staff play a key role in ensuring the seamless execution of projects and programs, both internally and externally, while adhering to established guidelines. These roles encompass various functions, including data management, metrics and reporting, team coordination, and process improvement. The successful candidate will help deliver a Commercial and Industrial energy program in Ontario. This is a hybrid role, requiring 1 day per week in the office for a team meeting. To be considered you must be in the Greater Toronto Area.

Develop reports, analyze data, and recommend improvements to policies, processes, or tools.
Lead and participate in staff meetings
Manage special projects and function as a team lead when needed.
Create dashboards and develop KPI trackers
Juggle multiple projects, adapting to shifting priorities at a moment’s notice.
Organized, self-starter who thrives in a team environment
A strong verbal and written communicator Friendly, people person who is passionate about the environment You will have… 1–3 years of experience in an analyst role 0–4 experience in energy efficiency Post-secondary education in Sustainability, Energy, or Business Advanced Excel skills (Power Query, Power Pivot) for data cleaning and analysis Strong proficiency in PowerPoint and Outlook Experience with e-blasts (Mail Merge, Mailchimp, etc.) preferred Experience with Python, SQL, or VBA is an asset Canadian Commercial Driving Requirements If applicable, meet all qualification, licensing, medical, and compliance requirements for commercial drivers under applicable provincial and territorial laws, the Canadian National Safety Code (NSC), and any federal regulations for extra‑provincial operations, including hours‑of‑service and safety fitness requirements.
Compensation Range
$23.40 - $40.55 Currency CAD Type Hourly Any offered salary is determined based on internal equity, internal salary ranges, market data/ranges, applicant’s skills and prior relevant experience, certain degrees and certifications (e.g. JD/technology), for example. CLEAResult will not provide sponsorship or support for immigration status or work authorization including for international students. Applicants must be authorized to work in the country where the position is located without the need for employer sponsorship or support. Successful hires must pass pre-employment checks.
