Reporting to the Sales Manager, this role will focus on driving new business opportunities, expanding client relationships, and delivering sustainable growth across Ventri’s service offerings. As a member of the Sales team, you will join a diverse, dynamic group of highly motivated individuals who bring a wide array of talents, skills, and backgrounds.

WHAT YOU WILL DO

  • Generate qualified leads through cold outreach, networking, and referrals.

  • Secure meetings with property managers, contractors, and builders.

  • Open 5+ new accounts per quarter while consistently growing pipeline value.

  • Build and maintain long-term partnerships with existing customers.

  • Conduct quarterly business reviews with top accounts to identify opportunities.

  • Drive 15%+ annual growth in service contracts, recurring work, and add-on sales.

  • Lead consultative sales conversations by listening to client needs and presenting solutions.

  • Present Ventri’s full-service offering: doors, docks, gates, access control, and service.

  • Collaborate with Estimating and Service teams to ensure seamless project delivery.

  • Record 100% of pipeline activity, opportunities, and interactions in the CRM.

  • Maintain accurate forecasting and consistently meet sales EOS scorecard metrics.

  • Build strong relationships with branch teams (Branch Manager, Estimating, Project Management, and Service) to ensure excellent execution.

  • Gather and share market intelligence to support continuous improvement.

WHAT YOU WILL NEED

  • 2+ years’ experience in B2B sales, preferably in construction or service industries.

  • Proven track record of both prospecting (new account acquisition) and account management (growth and retention).

  • Strong interpersonal and relationship-building skills.

  • Technical aptitude to understand Ventri’s products and solutions.

  • Strong computer skills, including CRM and MS Office.

  • Ability to work independently with discipline, grit, and drive.

  • Clean driving record and reliable access to a personal vehicle.
