In this role, you’ll architect and deliver end-to-end solutions spanning virtualization, storage, cloud, and security. From overseeing critical migrations to resolving escalated issues, you’ll be the go-to expert clients rely on for seamless operations and future-ready systems.

Requirements

🎯 What You’ll Do (Your Superpowers)

• Configure and administer servers, hypervisors, and storage environments (Dell, Cisco, SonicWALL, Fortinet, VMware, Citrix, Microsoft).
• Lead deployments and migrations of on-premises infrastructure, including virtualization, networking, Wi-Fi, and storage.
• Manage and maintain Microsoft 365 environments, including Intune, Defender, Exchange Online, and Azure services.
• Design and architect full technical solutions, creating project schedules, budgets, and bill of materials.
• Oversee technology projects end-to-end, ensuring timelines, goals, and compliance requirements are met.
• Respond to security incidents with forensic analysis and provide proactive security solutions across client environments.
• Act as the escalation point for critical client issues, ensuring timely resolution with professionalism and technical leadership.
• Proactively monitor, maintain, and optimize client environments to ensure reliability and efficiency.
• Support the Sales team with technical expertise during pre-sales efforts and solution design.
• Maintain certifications with Microsoft, VMware, and other key partners.

⭐ What We’re Looking For (Our Wishlist)

Must-Haves

• 5+ years of experience in systems engineering or administration.
• Strong knowledge of virtualization (VMware, Hyper-V), storage, and networking.
• Expertise in Microsoft 365, Azure, and Intune administration.
• Hands-on experience with security solutions, monitoring, and incident response.
• Ability to design and deliver end-to-end technical solutions.
• Strong communication skills, with the ability to work across teams and directly with clients.
• Proven track record of managing multiple projects and priorities in fast-paced environments.

Nice-to-Haves

• Certifications such as Microsoft Certified: Azure Administrator Associate, VMware VCP, or equivalent.
• Experience supporting technical sales efforts and client-facing solution design.
• Familiarity with scripting and automation (PowerShell, Python, etc.).
