Kinetic Construction Ltd. has an opportunity within our Vancouver branch for a Branch Manager to:

Highly motivated and collaborative team and an environment of trust, clear communication, with strong support for the development of team members.

Repeat business, consistent workload, and a strong backlog of profitable/strategic projects.

This position will promote Kinetic within the industry for the purposes of business development and recruitment.
The wage band for this position is $200,000 - $250,000 annually and is based on relevant skills and experience.

Position Specifications
Qualifications
- Diploma/Degree in Construction Management or construction related field
- 10+ years experience in a Senior Management role
Knowledge skills and abilities
- In depth understanding of the technical complexity of the industry
- Ability to sustain a strong culture to align with the business values of Relationship, Passion and Continuous Improvement
- Ability to create strong and lasting relationships throughout the company and the industry
- Thorough understanding of the market and competition, specifically in the areas in which Kinetic operates, and the required strategies to be successful within each sector
- Ability to identify project risks, and ensure strategies are in place to mitigate.
- Experience across multiple areas of operations: pursuits, estimating, pre-construction, project management, site operations
- Ability to oversee a large portfolio of projects and initiatives, all at various stages
- Strong negotiation and conflict resolution skills
- Strong communication skills - written, verbal and graphic
