How You’ll Contribute

You’ll be at the front line of our growth—connecting with senior decision-makers and bringing the right people to the table for powerful, peer-driven conversations.

As a Sales Operations Coordinator, you will support the tools, data, and processes that help our sales teams succeed. Primarily, that will involve supporting our lead generation & prospect list building in ZoomInfo, cleaning contact data and managing campaigns in Salesforce, and building reports by request. You will support teams across:

  • Delegate (Event Attendee) Sales
  • Sponsorship Sales
  • Community Membership Sales

In this role, you will:

  • Maintain accurate Salesforce data, including regular cleanup, validation, and ensuring alignment across sales and lead generation systems
  • Build contact lists in ZoomInfo using sophisticated ICP profile information, taking care to validate contacts utilize credits in the most efficient ways
  • Validate contact and account data in both ZoomInfo and salesforce, scrubbing and cleaning as you go
  • Provide day-to-day CRM support by troubleshooting user questions, building custom reports and maintaining critical campaigns for both sales and marketing teams
  • Assist with operational processes including documentation, system improvements, credit tracking, and data segmentation/filtering
  • Support ticketing workflows in Zendesk by managing, tracking, and resolving internal or customer requests

What Sets You Up for Success

You don’t need decades of experience to make a big impact here—just the mindset, motivation, and willingness to learn fast. You’ll thrive in this role if you bring:

  • 1+ years of experience in Sales Operations, Revenue Operations, Business Analytics, or a similar role
  • Strong experience working with Salesforce and ZoomInfo required
  • Strong attention to detail and comfort working with large datasets
  • Experience building or maintaining reports, campaigns and exporting/importing contacts in Salesforce
  • Experience collaborating with commercial teams a plus
  • A proactive, “get it done” mindset and willingness to jump in where needed
  • Ability to work cross-functionally with sales, marketing, and operations teams
