Key Responsibilities
- Data & Order Management: Maintain accurate ERP data, process sales orders, update shipment schedules, and track product movement.
- Accounts Payable/Receivable: Process invoices, reconcile payments, and resolve billing discrepancies.
- Inventory Oversight: Monitor and audit inventory levels to align with demand forecasts.
- Logistics Coordination: Manage domestic and international shipments to ensure on-time delivery.
- Customer Support: Provide responsive service to internal and external customers across multiple regions and time zones.
Skills & Qualifications
- Experience in agriculture, feed, or supply chain operations (not mandatory, but preferred)
- Knowledge of export logistics, procedures, and documentation
- Proficiency with ERP systems and data management tools
- Strong organizational, analytical, and problem-solving skills
- Effective communication and collaboration across teams and time zones
- Ability to manage multiple priorities and meet deadlines
- Demonstrated initiative, accountability, and attention to detail
Compensation And Benefits
- The base compensation for this position ranges from $20.91 to $27.84 per hour. Please note that wages may vary depending on skills and experience.
