- Participate in cross-asset initiatives with TVG and INR as needed, bringing a PE lens to broader value creation efforts.
- Contribute to internal projects such as offsites, CEO forums, and portfolio analytics efforts.
- Build effective partnerships with key stakeholders and foster a culture of collaboration and cooperation
- Partner and communicate with the broader team ensuring appropriate parties are kept informed and engaged on transactions or initiatives
- Demonstrate a consistently positive and proactive attitude, contributing to a collaborative and high-performing team environment.
- Operate with a strong sense of accountability, taking ownership of tasks and driving initiatives forward with pace and precision.
- Influence the strategy development and implementation
- Accountable to develop recommendations for portfolio management decisions
- Recommend alternatives to improve performance
What you'll need
- Bachelors’ degree required, preferably in business/engineering
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, including advanced data analysis capabilities and a structured approach to tackling complex business challenges (e.g., Excel modelling, SQL, Python or other coding tools).
- Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written, with the ability to craft compelling narratives and strategic insights in PowerPoint and other presentation formats.
- Ability to build relationships with internal stakeholders and portfolio company leadership.
- Comfortable working in fast-paced, ambiguous environments and managing multiple priorities.
- Collaborative team player who thrives in a dynamic, high-performance culture.
- Passionate about value creation and making a tangible impact on portfolio performance.
