Job Title: Partnerships Manager | Everyday Banking Location: Downtown, Toronto Hybrid: Tuesdays, Thursdays, and alternating Fridays Duration: 24-Month Contract Compensation: T4: $35/hr-$40/hr | IC: $42-$46/hr
Are you a strategic thinker with a background in driving retail banking growth? We are seeking a Partnerships Manager to join a highly collaborative Customer Segments team. This role is perfect for a professional who thrives in a cross-functional environment and enjoys high-level exposure to senior leadership.
The Role In this position, you will own the end-to-end management of retail banking partnerships. You will bridge the gap between internal product teams and external partners, ensuring we continue to grow our portfolio through data-driven strategies and impactful stakeholder management.
What You’ll Do Relationship Management: Deepen existing partner relationships while identifying new opportunities to expand our network. Strategic Execution: Work closely with product managers and cross-functional teams to bring partnership opportunities to life. Data & Insights: Utilize competitive benchmarking to set goals, define SLAs, and design compelling value propositions. Campaign Activation: Lead launch strategies and campaigns, requiring clear, polished storytelling and effective visual presentations. Operational Oversight: Manage expenses, sponsorships, events, and internal/external partnerships.
What You Bring Background: Experience in Partnerships, Segments, or Strategy within a Financial Institution (FI). Core Expertise: Mandatory experience in Retail Banking. Focus: A Strategy or Product background is required (this is not a marketing role). Tools: Advanced proficiency in MS Excel, PowerPoint, and data visualization tools (e.g., Power BI). Soft Skills: Exceptional verbal and written communication; ability to manage complex internal and external stakeholder relationships seamlessly.
