About the role

This is a hybrid position (4 days per week in office from 1 of our office locations below and 1 day remote). This opportunity can be based out of either Office Location below:

  • Brampton location @ 1 Presidents Choice Cir, Brampton, ON L6Y 5S5 (near hwy. 407 and Mississauga Rd)
  • North York location @ 243 Consumers Rd, North York, ON M2J 4W8 (near hwy. 404 and hwy. 401)

As a senior technology leader, you will own translating the business strategy into a multi-year product vision and roadmap. More specifically, the role will own the product strategy for our product ecosystem including the referral and practice management systems which aims to streamline scheduling, charting, billing and reporting operations in a clinical setting allowing clinicians and clinic staff to focus on what matters most—patient care.

In this role, you will:

  • Develop high performing team: Manage, mentor, and develop a Product Management team.
  • Product Vision and Roadmap: Own translation of the business strategy into a multi-year product vision and roadmap.
  • Research and Feedback: Research market trends, conduct competitive analysis, and develop a feedback loop from end-users to inform priorities.
  • Align product & business priorities: Translate roadmaps to executable plans based on organizational capacity with explicit trade-offs and ROI.
  • Experimentation: lead hypothesis-driven discovery; A/B and phased rollouts with guardrails.
  • Manage product and delivery spend: Manage budget and approvals.
  • Champion and support AI-Assisted Features: apply and scale AI/ML to drive measurable gains.
  • Compliance: Ensure products meet all security, privacy, and regulatory requirements.
  • Platform Management: Oversee the strategic management and optimization of licensed third-party platforms, ensuring their integration and value realization within our ecosystems.

What we're looking for:

  • 10+ years across product management and software engineering leadership; 5+ years leading multi-team orgs
  • Experience with Practice Management Systems or Electronic Medical Records systems is an asset, (Scheduling, Charting, Billing)
  • Champion of applying and scaling AI/ML to enhance efficiency and effectiveness
  • Excellent stakeholder communication; outcome-based road mapping; org design and talent development
