WHO YOU ARE

University degree in Economics, Logistics, Supply Chain Management, or equivalent. Alternatively, relevant experience with a strong track record in logistics, commercial operations, or supply chain management.

5 + years of experience in a leadership—preferably within distribution, retail, or logistics—with a demonstrated ability to deliver strategic results and foster people development.

Proven ability to lead, inspire, and engage teams in dynamic and evolving environments.

Skilled in balancing operational efficiency with commercial profitability.

Strong strategic and analytical capabilities with a deep understanding of budgeting, cost control, and key performance indicators.

Able to plan, monitor, and steer business activities over multi-year horizons.

Experienced in working through others by setting clear priorities, delegating responsibilities effectively, and providing open, constructive feedback.

Skilled in applying tactical and operational thinking to implement action plans, provide clear direction, and ensure consistent follow-up on goals.
YOUR RESPONSIBILITIES

Accountable for the execution of commercial activation, range changes, and operational forecasting within the unit to ensure alignment with business goals.

Responsible for monitoring and securing correct range management and ensuring high stock accuracy across the unit.

Accountable for the implementation of all systems related to inventory and stock management, ensuring accurate results and data integrity

Proactively work to reduce avoidable stock, ensuring healthy capacity utilization, low costs, and optimal stock structure.

Lead the implementation of the Unit Fulfilment Solution (IT) and drive continuous process improvement to support operational excellence, productivity, and efficiency.

Collaborate with relevant stakeholders to implement and optimize IT solutions that enhance fulfilment operations, system integration, and data-driven decision-making.

Lead, coach, develop, and inspire a high-performing Fulfilment Integration team. Foster a culture of performance, flexibility, inclusion, and well-being, while supporting competence development and succession planning.

Leading Leaders and a team of specialists, ensuring clear accountability, high-quality outcomes, and continuous development.

Support the Fulfilment Operations team and the steering group by ensuring seamless integration and alignment of fulfilment processes with operational needs.

Support day-to-day operations and implement solutions that drive efficiency, accuracy, and continuous improvement across fulfilment processes.

As a diverse mix of co-workers we use our supply process expertise to balance range and space capacity with forecasting and ordering to provide customers with high availability while minimizing costs. The starting rate/ salary for this position is 102000 CAD
