Research & Advisory Manager, HR Technology & AI
About the role

If so, then we have an exciting role for you on our Advisory Services team. The Research & Advisory Manager, HR Tech & AI helps build HR Technology and AI offerings through content development and providing support for the research agenda. It will help coordinate knowledge sharing across teams, support cross-division partnerships, and communications.

We’re looking for a Research & Advisory Manager who possesses strong organizational, communication, and project management skills to help us achieve our vision of helping leaders shape a workplace where everyone thrives. This role will work as part of a collaborative team to:
- Create, review, curate, and update Tech and AI related research including blueprints, tech notes, and vendor interviews.
- Monitor the market, collect and analyze data, and provide recommendations for HR Technology and AI publications and services
- Coordinate with internal and external partners to cultivate and insights in the HR technology and AI space
- Coordinate vendor briefings and technology landscape updates
- Develop keynote and webinar presentations
- Support opportunities for external event participation and brand exposure

Essential Skills/Education
- Collaboration, superior communication, critical thinking, and writing skills.
- Strong project, organizational, and time management skills with the ability to juggle multiple priorities in a high-volume, fast-paced environment.
- Detail orientated and proactive, with advanced problem solving and decision-making skills.
- Ability to think beyond the confines of traditional models to generate insights, recognize opportunities, and find new and better ways to do things.
- Able to thrive in an entrepreneurial, flexible, rapidly changing work environment.
- Intellectual curious about technology and AI, and the impacts on HR and the business landscape, with a passion for continuous learning.
- University degree or college diploma in Project Management, Systems Administration, Information Technology, Data Analytics, or HR
- 3+ years of experience in HR Technology, Information Technology, or Analytics
Desirable:
- Executing technology related projects internally or as 3rd party consultant
- Experience as part of a project team building technology strategies
- Experience with software selection, optimization, or administration
- Design skills in PowerPoint
