Designing the Details That Bring Buildings to Life
Junior & Intermediate Levels | Calgary & Edmonton
At Walterfedy, great buildings begin with thoughtful design and are brought to life through precise detailing, coordination, and collaboration. Our Architectural Technologists play a critical role in transforming ideas into buildable, well coordinated solutions that stand the test of time.
As our project portfolio continues to evolve, we are building a talent pool of Junior and Intermediate Architectural Technologists to support future opportunities across our Calgary and Edmonton offices. While we may not be hiring immediately, we welcome applications from qualified professionals interested in joining Walterfedy as new roles arise.
What You’ll Be Working On
Depending on your level of experience, you may be involved in:
- Preparing architectural drawings, details, and construction documents
- Supporting project teams through design development and construction phases
- Coordinating with engineers, consultants, and project managers
- Reviewing drawings for quality, accuracy, and constructability
- Assisting with permit applications and submission packages
Each opportunity offers exposure to meaningful projects and the chance to work closely with experienced professionals across multiple disciplines.
What You Bring
We’re open to a range of experience levels. Ideal candidates will bring:
- A diploma or degree in Architectural Technology
- Experience with Revit, AutoCAD, or similar design tools
- A solid understanding of building codes and construction documentation
- Strong attention to detail and organizational skills
