What You’ll Be Contributing:

• Develop, write, and edit clear, compelling content to support corporate initiatives, including executive messages, speeches, employee communications, presentations, newsletters, and intranet updates.
• Partner closely with the CEO and executive leadership team to craft communications that articulate company strategy, culture, and vision; provide coaching and support for presentations, events, and employee forums.
• Build and maintain an internal communications roadmap to ensure employees are consistently informed, aligned, and engaged.
• Produce engaging content across internal channels: newsletters, intranet, leadership updates, Teams, social media and company-wide presentations.
• Translate technical innovations into stories that highlight business value and customer impact.
• Partner with HR and leadership teams to support change management, recognition programs, and global events.
• Develop, write, and edit high-quality corporate communications and B2B marketing content, including thought-leadership articles, case studies, blog posts, presentations, and web content.
• Safeguard and enrich Hypertec’s brand identity through compelling narratives that communicate our mission, values, and market differentiation.
• Monitor industry trends and competitive activity to identify opportunities for increased visibility and thought leadership.
• Monitor communication effectiveness by gathering feedback and using data/metrics to continuously improve internal communications strategies

What Sets You Apart:

• 5–8 years of experience in corporate communications, or a related field; experience in B2B technology is a strong asset.
• Degree or diploma in communications, public relations, journalism, marketing, or an equivalent field.
• Exceptional bilingual (English and French) writing, editing, and proofreading skills with proven ability to craft compelling narratives for diverse audiences.
• Knowledge of IT, cloud, AI, networking, and related technologies is a strong asset.
• Ability to simplify complex concepts.
• Demonstrated expertise in digital and social media strategies, with an eye for community engagement and brand storytelling.
• Highly organized, detail-oriented, and able to manage multiple projects in a fast-paced environment.
• Strong interpersonal and collaboration skills; comfortable working independently and cross-functionally.
• Analytical mindset with a proactive, solution-driven approach.
