YOUR IMPACT
We are looking for a skilled and passionate Writer to join our Global Technical Support team, a group that plays a critical role in delivering technical assistance and services to customers around the world.
As a Writer, you will be instrumental in creating clear, concise, and user-friendly content that enhances the customer experience. The ideal candidate is a seasoned professional with a strong background in technical writing and presentation, and a deep understanding of what makes customer support truly exceptional. You have a talent for translating complex technical concepts into accessible language that resonates with diverse audiences.
In this role, you will be responsible for producing compelling and effective copy across a wide range of internal and external communications, including emails, PowerPoint presentations, fact sheets, newsletters, and web content.
WHAT THE ROLE OFFERS
- Communicating effectively in today’s digital landscape—conveying more with fewer words.
- Editing content for clarity and impact while preserving essential information.
- Delivering high-quality, accurate, and error-free communications on time and within scope.
- Interviewing subject matter experts to gain deep insights into complex topics.
- Managing multiple projects and deadlines with efficiency and attention to detail.
- Analyzing content from the reader’s perspective to ensure clarity, relevance, and usability.
WHAT YOU NEED TO SUCCEED
- University degree or college diploma (BA or MA), preferably in Rhetoric, Media, and Professional Communication.
- Minimum of 2 years of experience in a technical writing role.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite, including PowerPoint, Excel, and Word.
- Strong analytical and organizational abilities.
- Outstanding written and verbal communication skills.
- Solid problem-solving capabilities.
- A collaborative mindset and ability to thrive in a team environment.
- Excellent time management skills with the ability to meet tight deadlines.
