A well-established and growing financial services firm is seeking an experienced Financial Advisor to join its team with the Windsor-London area. This is a confidential search for a relationship-driven professional who is passionate about helping clients achieve long-term financial success. About the Opportunity
This role offers the chance to take over and grow an existing client base in a supportive, client-focused environment. The successful candidate will provide holistic financial advice, with a focus on investment and insurance solutions tailored to clients’ evolving needs.
Key Responsibilities
Deliver comprehensive financial planning and investment advice Manage and grow an existing book of business Develop new client relationships through proactive business development Provide mutual fund and (where licensed) insurance solutions Conduct regular portfolio reviews and ensure regulatory compliance Maintain high standards of client service and relationship management
Qualifications
Mutual Fund License (required) LLQP (Life License Qualification Program) – preferred Minimum 5+ years of experience as a Financial Advisor or Investment Advisor Strong track record of client retention and business development Excellent interpersonal and communication skills Self-motivated with an entrepreneurial mindset In good standing with applicable regulatory bodies
