What You’ll Do
- Assist clients by providing clear information on products, coverage options, and benefits
- Respond to customer inquiries and ensure a positive client experience
- Stay up to date on our evolving portfolio of products and services
- Review existing client plans to identify ways to improve coverage or reduce costs
What We’re Looking For
- Experience in customer service, sales, or client relations preferred
- Strong ability to build relationships and connect with people
- Organized, adaptable, and able to manage multiple priorities
- Professional, positive, and motivated demeanor
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
