Position: Dental Administrator

We’re looking for a skilled and compassionate Dental Administrator to join our team. Specifics about the role
Job Type: Part-Time Schedule: Saturday and Sunday What you’ll do: Be the warm, welcoming face of the clinic, ensuring every patient feels valued and cared for Manage phone calls, direct inquiries, and efficiently book appointments Maintain and organize the patient database with accuracy and confidentiality Oversee insurance claims, billing systems, and follow up with insurance companies Establish and manage office protocols to keep operations running smoothly Coordinate and optimize appointment schedules Provide leadership and foster a team culture focused on outstanding client service What you’ll bring to the role: Minimum of 1 year of experience in a dental clinic environment. Knowledge of dental billing and insurance protocols.
Cantonese or Mandarin language skills are required
Proficiency with Microsoft Office; experience with Open Dental and MaxAssist is an asset. Strong verbal and written communication skills. Excellent problem-solving abilities with strong attention to detail. Friendly, professional demeanour with a patient-first mindset. Ability to multitask and thrive in a dynamic, fast-paced environment.
