Location: Surrey, BC (In Office) Employment Type: Full-Time Compensation: $50,000 – $65,000 per year + Performance Bonuses

We are seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented Sales Operations & Lead Generation Coordinator to support our employer acquisition team.
This role is responsible for researching target markets, generating and enriching lead databases, maintaining CRM accuracy, supporting Account Executives, tracking sales activity, and ensuring a consistent flow of qualified opportunities into the sales pipeline.

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES
Lead Generation & Prospect Research
- Build targeted employer prospect lists across Canada.
- Research companies, hiring managers, HR personnel, owners, operations managers, and decision-makers.
- Identify employers that are actively hiring within construction, healthcare, hospitality, retail, manufacturing, warehousing, and skilled trades industries.
- Conduct online research to identify business opportunities and target accounts.
- Maintain organized prospect databases and contact lists.
Data Enrichment & Contact Research
- Source and enrich contact information using Apollo, Lusha, LinkedIn Sales Navigator, company websites, and other prospecting tools.
- Verify email addresses, phone numbers, company information, and decision-maker details.
- Ensure lead records remain accurate and up to date.
- Remove duplicate records and maintain database integrity.
- Organize prospect data for use by the sales team.
CRM Management
- Manage and maintain records within Zoho CRM.
- Import, update, clean, and organize lead databases.
- Ensure proper lead ownership and assignment.
- Maintain data accuracy across all CRM records.
- Track lead movement through the sales pipeline.
- Create and maintain CRM reports and dashboards.
Sales Operations Support
- Support Account Executives by ensuring a continuous flow of qualified leads.
- Monitor lead activity and sales pipeline performance.
- Identify bottlenecks and opportunities for process improvement.
- Assist in implementing sales workflows and automation initiatives.
- Coordinate with sales leadership to improve prospecting efficiency.
- Maintain accountability throughout the lead-to-meeting process.
Reporting & Analytics
- Track key performance indicators and sales metrics.
- Prepare reports on lead generation activity.
- Monitor conversion rates throughout the sales process.
- Analyze data and provide recommendations to improve performance.
- Maintain dashboards and performance tracking tools.
QUALIFICATIONS
Required Qualifications
- Minimum 2 years of experience in lead generation, sales support, recruitment operations, business development support, CRM administration, or a related field.
- Strong Microsoft Excel skills.
- Experience with filtering, sorting, pivot tables, lookup functions, and large datasets.
- Experience working with CRM systems such as Zoho CRM, Salesforce, HubSpot, Pipedrive, or similar platforms.
- Strong internet research and data gathering abilities.
- Excellent organizational and time management skills.
- High attention to detail and accuracy.
- Strong written and verbal communication skills.
Preferred Qualifications
- Experience using Apollo, Lusha, ZoomInfo, Clay, LinkedIn Sales Navigator, or similar lead generation tools.
- Experience working in staffing, recruitment, HR, immigration, SaaS, or B2B sales environments.
- Experience supporting multiple sales representatives or account executives.
- Familiarity with Canadian business markets and industries.
- Experience with workflow automation and reporting tools.
