Position Overview:

The Account Manager will play a pivotal role in maintaining and enhancing relationships with our partnered AB and BC animal hospitals. This role requires a highly organized, customer-focused individual with strong account management skills and experience in the healthcare or veterinary industry. The ideal candidate will have a proven track record in account management, excellent communication abilities, and the ability to thrive in a remote work environment.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Manage and nurture hospital partnerships, ensuring satisfaction and retention.
  • Act as the main point of contact for partner hospitals, handling questions and concerns quickly.
  • Develop strategies to strengthen partner relationships and drive loyalty.
  • Collaborate with sales to identify growth opportunities.
  • Track hospital performance and share updates with senior leadership.
  • Gather feedback and escalate issues to management when needed.
  • Provide onboarding, training, and ongoing support for hospital partners.
  • Work closely with internal teams to ensure a seamless experience for our partners.

Qualifications:

  • Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Healthcare Management, or a related field is preferred.
  • Minimum of 3 years of experience in account management, preferably in the healthcare or veterinary industry.
  • Proven track record of managing client relationships and achieving account management objectives.
  • Strong communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to work independently and manage multiple priorities in a remote work environment.
  • Proficiency in CRM software and other account management tools.
  • Passion for animal health and the veterinary industry is a plus.

What We Offer:
