Your day-to-day:

  • Lead full-cycle recruitment across Fixed Operations roles throughout Western Canada

  • Build proactive pipelines for high-demand automotive talent
  • Manage sourcing, screening, interviews, offers, and hiring coordination
  • Drive recruitment urgency while maintaining a strong candidate experience
  • Support workforce planning and recruitment strategy discussions with leadership
  • Utilize LinkedIn, Indeed, referrals, networking, and market mapping to attract talent
  • Maintain accurate recruitment tracking and ATS management

What you’ll bring:

  • Recruitment experience in automotive, dealership, or high-volume environments preferred
  • Experience recruiting for Service and Parts roles is a strong asset
  • Strong sourcing and relationship-building capabilities
  • Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-moving environment
  • Comfortable working with operational leaders and senior stakeholders
  • Organized, proactive, and solutions-focused
  • Strong communication and influencing skills

What we offer:

  • Employee vehicle purchase and service plans
  • Employee and Family Assistance Programs
  • Real opportunity to grow within a national organization that promotes from within

This is an opportunity to join a team in growth mode, where recruitment plays a critical role in operational success across the business. If you enjoy pace, partnership, and building high-performing teams, we’d love to connect.
