**Position:**Senior Attorney or Legal Academic
**Type:**Part-time, project-based Compensation:****$110–$140/hour **Duration:**4–6 weeks Commitment:****~5 hours/week

Role Responsibilities

• Review legal documents to confirm alignment with statutory and regulatory frameworks.
• Validate content related toABLE accounts, guardianship, and special needs trusts.
• Ensure correctness and clarity onMedicaid eligibilityandSSI applicationprocesses.
• Provide expert feedback to improve dataset quality.
• Collaborate asynchronously and meet all deadlines.

Qualifications

Must-Have

-10+ yearsof experience in special needs law or related academic fields.

• Expertise in trust structures and disability benefits law.
• Advanced understanding ofMedicaidandSSIregulatory standards.
• Excellent analytical and legal writing skills.
• Strong detail orientation.
