Description sommaire du poste proposé
Afin de combler les besoins de ses clients dans le secteur des TIC, FOP CONSULTANTS est à la recherche de Spécialistes/Analystes BI motivés à la réalisation de mandats. Les principales missions seraient de concevoir et faire évoluer des solutions BI alignées sur les besoins d'affaires, assurer la qualité et la gouvernance des données décisionnelles et contribuer au rehaussement de la maturité organisationnelle en analytique.
Description spécifique des responsabilités
Sans s'y limiter, les principales responsabilités seraient de: Traduire les besoins d'affaires en indicateurs, tableaux de bord et rapports BI. Concevoir et maintenir les modèles de données, entrepôts et solutions analytiques. Assurer l'intégration, la transformation et la qualité des données multi-sources. Établir les indicateurs de performance soutenant la décision et le suivi de la valeur. Collaborer avec dev. et exploitation pour la performance et la disponibilité des solutions BI. Documenter les solutions et soutenir les utilisateurs dans l'interprétation des données. Contribuer à l'amélioration continue des pratiques BI et de la gouvernance des données.
Description du profil recherché
Diplôme universitaire en informatique, gestion ou toutes disciplines connexes.
Minimum quinze (15) années d’expérience en technologie de l’information
Minimum cinq (05) années d’expérience comme Spécialiste/Analyste BI. Bonne expertise avec Microsoft Power BI dans le développement des tableaux de bord Expérience avec l’un des cadre suivants : Scrum, Kanban, Lean, DSDM, SAFe, Nexus.
Expérience avec l’un des outils suivants : Azure DevOps
Détenir l’une des certifications suivantes : PL-300, Tableau certifié associé/professionnel.
Détenir l’une des certifications suivantes : PL-200 ou équivalent
Expérience en réalisation de mandat stratégique (un atout). Expérience dans le secteur de la santé (un atout). Expérience dans les organismes d’envergure publics ou privés du Canada.

Position Summary
To support the growing needs of its clients in the ICT sector, FOP CONSULTANTS is seeking motivated BI Specialists/Analysts to carry out consulting assignments. The primary responsibilities include designing and enhancing Business Intelligence (BI) solutions aligned with business needs, ensuring the quality and governance of decision-support data, and contributing to the organization's analytical maturity.
Key Responsibilities
Responsibilities include, but are not limited to: Translate business requirements into KPIs, dashboards, reports, and BI solutions. Design, develop, and maintain data models, data warehouses, and analytical solutions. Ensure the integration, transformation, and quality of data from multiple sources. Define and monitor performance indicators that support decision-making and value measurement. Collaborate with development and operations teams to optimize the performance and availability of BI solutions. Document BI solutions and support end users in interpreting and leveraging data. Contribute to the continuous improvement of BI practices and data governance.
Candidate Profile
Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, Business Administration, or a related field. Minimum of fifteen (15) years of experience in Information Technology. Minimum of five (5) years of experience as a BI Specialist/Analyst. Strong expertise in developing dashboards using Microsoft Power BI. Experience with at least one of the following frameworks: Scrum, Kanban, Lean, DSDM, SAFe, or Nexus. Experience with Azure DevOps. Holder of one of the following certifications: Microsoft Certified: Power BI Data Analyst Associate (PL-300) or Tableau Certified Associate/Professional. Holder of one of the following certifications: Microsoft Certified: Power Platform Functional Consultant Associate (PL-200) or equivalent. Experience delivering strategic consulting engagements (an asset). Experience in the healthcare sector (an asset). Experience working with large public or private organizations in Canada. Languages: French and English.
