Education: College, CEGEP or other non-university certificate or diploma from a program of 3 months to less than 1 year. Tasks: Assign projects. Develop action plans . Direct the operations of an organization or department that provides services. Plan and organize the operations of establishments that provide services to business. Provide expertise in response to clients needs. Direct and advise staff in the development and implementation of service quality assessment strategies. Plan, administer and control budgets for client projects, contracts, equipment and supplies. Plan, develop and organize the policies and procedures of establishments. Supervision: 3-4 people. Area of specialization: Payroll services. Work conditions and physical capabilities: Attention to detail. Fast-paced environment. Personal suitability: Accurate. Client focus. Efficient interpersonal skills. Initiative. Organized. Team player. Experience: 5 years or more. Employment terms options: Day.
