The Opportunity

We are seeking a Mechanical Engineer to join our Calgary office.

In this role, you will work with a multidisciplinary team of engineers and specialists to solve challenging problems involving advanced mechanics, structural integrity, finite element analysis, and engineering assessment. You will have the opportunity to contribute to high-impact projects while continuing to grow your technical expertise and professional career.

QualificationsRequired

Professional Engineer (P.Eng.) with 5+ years of relevant engineering experience

Registered as a Professional Engineer with APEGA, or eligible for registration Master's or Ph.D. in Mechanical Engineering Advanced experience using ABAQUS finite element software Strong understanding of linear and nonlinear finite element analysis Excellent written and verbal communication skills Strong organizational and project management abilities Demonstrated problem-solving and analytical capabilities Self-motivated with the ability to work independently and as part of a team Commitment to continuous learning and professional growth

Preferred

Consulting engineering experience

Experience performing structural integrity, fitness-for-service, or failure analysis assessments Experience supporting clients in energy, industrial, or manufacturing sectors
