Clutch is looking for an Experience Designer for a pharmaceutical agency client of ours.
Responsibilities
- Developing design solutions, including wireframes, mockups, prototypes, and specifications, for complex pharmaceutical marketing materials.
- Designing and optimizing experiences for a variety of digital touchpoints, including websites, responsive applications, and omnichannel campaigns.
- Executing dynamic designs and interactions, including motion design, and contributing to the development of experiences for AR/VR for goggles, wearables, and emerging deliverables.
- Ensuring digital and interactive designs translate appropriately and consistently to traditional formats like print, where necessary.
- Maintaining a high level of rigor regarding design specifications, version control, and annotation to facilitate efficient MLR review.
- Managing and maintaining design libraries, style guides, and design systems to ensure consistency across all client projects.
- Working closely with UX/Strategy to interpret user research, patient journeys, and competitive audits into actionable design recommendations.
- Presenting design concepts and rationales clearly and persuasively to internal teams.
Requirements
- 4+ years of experience as an Experience Designer, with at least 1 years specifically within a pharmaceutical or healthcare advertising agency.
- A strong, diverse portfolio showcasing expertise in digital product design, motion graphics, and experience with designing for emerging technologies (AR/VR/wearables).
- Demonstrated advanced proficiency with the following tools is mandatory: Adobe Creative Suite, Figma, Sketch, Principle, Lottie, FigJam, and Unity.
- Understanding of the regulatory constraints (PAAB, Health Canada) that impact design and user experience in pharmaceutical marketing.
- Bachelor’s degree in Design, Digital Media, HCI, or similar.
