About the role
The Account Manager will collaborate with Business Development and Operations to strengthen relationships with existing complex clients. This client-facing role focuses on retaining and growing business through regular engagement, data-driven insights, dashboard reviews, and technical training. Acting as a liaison between the company and clients (including consultants), the Account Manager will also identify and sell new project opportunities within the current client base. This role blends project management, account management, and sales, and is ideal for a solution-oriented, results-driven professional.
Your Success Will Be Defined By Your Ability To
- Coordinate meetings, define project goals, and oversee deployment details with Business Development.
- Act as the main contact for clients, fostering strong, long-term partnerships.
- Understand client needs and align solutions with their objectives.
- Define site goals, recommend EMS technology, and manage proposals and scope changes.
- Implement efficient workflows to support project delivery.
- Prepare and deliver reports, proposals, and related materials.
- Work closely with internal teams to ensure project success.
- Provide technical training and create support materials for clients and consultants.
- Maintain regular communication and follow-ups to ensure positive outcomes.
Your strengths include:
- Bachelor’s degree in Environmental Science, Environmental Engineering, or a related field required.
- 3+ years of experience in environmental contaminated sites, with a customer-facing focus.
- Proven experience in a client-facing role with excellent communication and interpersonal skills required.
- Sales or account management experience, with a track record of achieving targets.
- Practical field experience in deployment of new technology.
- Ability to provide technical training and design technical training content.
- Working knowledge in the application of AI technologies to provide customer value.
