The Manager, Budget & Planning is responsible for overseeing the budget and planning processes for the department. This includes managing the preparation of budgets, forecasts, and financial reports.
Main Responsibilities
- Develop and manage the annual budget process.
- Prepare financial reports and forecasts.
- Analyze financial data and provide insights to senior management.
- Collaborate with various departments to ensure alignment with financial goals.
Required Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Accounting, or related field.
- Minimum of 5 years of experience in budgeting and financial planning.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
Preferred Qualifications
- Master’s degree in a related field.
- Experience in a higher education environment.
- Proficiency in financial software and tools.
