Job Description:
Scope: The role is responsible for planning, coordinating, and overseeing delivery activities across defined workstreams and blended teams of internal and vendor resources. This includes managing schedules, dependencies, risks, and issues, as well as coordinating and optimizing the use of assigned resources to ensure successful execution in alignment with approved scope, timelines, and governance. Strong stakeholder engagement and communication skills are critical to success. The Project Manager / Project Leader works effectively with business leaders, delivery teams, and external partners, conveying complex delivery issues clearly and confidently, facilitating decision making, and maintaining alignment across diverse stakeholders. Support execution of system integration, testing, deployment, and stabilization activities to ensure delivery continuity and readiness.
Mandatory Requirements:
- 8+ years of experience managing complex digital or I&IT delivery initiatives, preferably within large or highly governed enterprise environments.
- Proven experience delivering projects using agile, waterfall, and hybrid delivery methodologies.
- Demonstrated experience coordinating delivery across blended teams of internal staff and external vendors.
- Proven ability to manage delivery risks, dependencies, and issues across multiple workstreams.
- Experience with Microsoft Dynamics 365 Customer Engagement (CE) and/or Finance & Operations (F&O) environments and Azure DevOps–supported delivery is considered an asset.
- Strong organizational, analytical, and problem‑solving skills, with the ability to communicate clearly, lead delivery discussions, and maintain momentum in complex environments.
