This position is responsible to coordinate and oversee all aspects of mechanical, electrical and electromechanical support of equipment, facilities (in house and contracted) though leading edge proactive and preventative maintenance processes

Provide direction and support to Site GM’s, Departmental Team Leaders, Associates, including Contractual Vendors, support additional DC’s or sites as required.
Oversee the scheduling and coordination of the computerized maintenance system (CMMS) and overall program related to operational equipment and facility maintenance including the operation and monitoring of automated conveyor systems, manage inventory of equipment parts and site assets.
Participate in departmental budget and labor planning budget preparation, participate in project planning, capx submission, scheduling and commissioning.
Ensure adequate staffing levels are kept by hiring, training and developing Maintenance Associates.
Ensure all Health & Safety, WHMIS, MSDS, Lock Out/Tag Out as well as Departmental Regulations and Preventative Maintenance training where applicable are implemented and followed.
Active participant on cross-functional teams and assume management responsibilities where applicable, participate in management and departmental meetings.
Organize and implement Departmental initiatives to drive positive AES results.
Ensure the collection of deliverables for the maintenance dashboard and DC Performance log.
The pay range for this position is $84,400.00 - $110,775.00. Pay will be determined based on relevant experience.
