Role Overview
As a Founding Engineer, you’ll play a critical role in shaping both our product and our company. You’ll work directly with the founders to design, build, and scale FlowLinker’s platform—setting the technical foundation and influencing culture from day one. This is a chance to be part of the 0 → 1 journey and build something generational.
This is not a standard 9–5 job. At FlowLinker, we operate with a milestone mindset—progress is measured by what we build and deliver, not by hours at a desk. If you’re driven by outcomes and impact, this is the right place.
What You’ll Do
- Build and scale FlowLinker’s core platform from the ground up.
- Work across the stack—infra, data, and user experience.
- Shape product direction with founders and early customers.
- Harness unstructured enterprise data and evaluate LLMs for real impact.
- Ensure technical specs stay the single source of truth across deals.
What You Have
- Strong programming skills and general Computer Science knowledge.
- Experience building and scaling products (startup experience is a plus).
- Flexibility to work across technologies and adapt quickly.
- A customer-first mindset—driven to create products people love.

Compensation & Benefits
- Competitive salary: $125K – $175K .
