Our mission is simple: make finding reliable pet care easier, safer, and more accessible while helping providers grow their businesses. As we continue to expand our team, university partnerships, and internship programs, we are looking for an Operations & Partnerships Coordinator Intern to help support our growing organization.
About the Role
This is a unique opportunity to work directly with the Founder & CEO while gaining hands-on experience in startup operations, partnership management, recruiting coordination, project tracking, and organizational development.
You will play an important role in helping TiriVelo coordinate interns, support university partnerships, improve internal processes, and keep cross-functional teams aligned as we prepare for launch.
What You'll Do
Coordinate internship programs, onboarding activities, and team communications Help manage candidate pipelines and interview scheduling Track internship agreements, onboarding progress, and project milestones Support relationships with universities, colleges, and educational partners Organize internal documentation and operational resources Assist with meeting coordination, agendas, and action-item tracking Help maintain project trackers and operational dashboards Collaborate with marketing, design, engineering, and leadership teams Support special projects that contribute to company growth and operational efficiency
What We're Looking For
Strong organizational and time-management skills Excellent written and verbal communication skills Comfortable working independently in a remote environment Detail-oriented and highly reliable Strong problem-solving mindset Experience with Google Workspace, Microsoft Office, or similar productivity tools Ability to manage multiple priorities simultaneously Interest in startups, operations, project coordination, partnerships, or business development
Preferred Qualifications
Currently enrolled in or recently graduated from a program in Business, Operations, Communications, Human Resources, Marketing, Project Management, Entrepreneurship, or a related field Previous leadership, volunteer, campus organization, or internship experience is considered an asset
