About the role
The Department of Biology is seeking Contract Academic Staff to deliver the following laboratory sections at Brandon University for the 2025 – 2026 academic year. The instructor(s) will be responsible for in-person laboratory delivery including the preparation of all consumables, samples, solutions, and equipment as part of laboratory preparation/set-up and clean-up, laboratory safety, marking or supervision of laboratory markers, and coordination with the course instructor regarding the overall laboratory assessment.

Qualifications: A MSc degree in Biology is preferred, and preference will be given to candidates with a successful record of teaching experience. Applicants may seek to establish experiential/traditional equivalency are invited to contact the Chair of the Selection Committee at the address below on how to establish equivalent academic or professional credentials.
Salary: $7,857.00 per 3 credit hours
