**Job Title:**Marketing Intern

Location: Canada | [Remote]
Duration: [Jan- April 2026]

Role Overview:

Supporting Exeevo’s Sales Directors with daily activities including (but not limited to) market analysis and desk research, handling of inbound leads, support of meeting preparation and delivery, management of customer data in CRM (MS Dynamics), conference event logistics, etc.

Requirements

Key Responsibilities:

  • Sales Support: Monitoring inbound lead channels, responding to inbound lead inquiries, scheduling and support for customer meetings, assisting the preparation of sales presentations and customer proposals
  • Sales Administration: Customer Administration and CRM data entry, support to coordinate RFI/RFP responses
  • Lead Generation & Research: Desk research to identify potential new customers, contacts and buying signal (through online tools) for outbound sales prospecting.
  • Supervised email campaigns for new customer outreach.

Required Skills & Qualifications

  • Pursuing a degree in business, and marketing
  • Interest in sales-oriented career
  • Strong analytical skills for desktop research
  • Good written & verbal communication skills, both internally and customer-facing
  • Attention to detail
  • Active interest in SaaS and Agentic AI software solutions
  • Fast learner, hard worker, team player

Preferred Skills

  • Competent using Microsoft Office 365 stack (Outlook, Dynamics, Office)
  • Knowledge of the life sciences (biotech, pharmaceutical
