B2B Sales Manager / Sales Partner — Autonomous Robotics Solutions Commission-Based | Greater Toronto Area / Canada NorthRaaS Inc. is a local robotics automation solution provider based in the Greater Toronto Area. We help commercial and industrial customers adopt practical autonomous equipment, including autonomous cleaning robots, warehouse automation solutions, AMRs, and other service robotics. Our mission is simple: help businesses reduce labor pressure, improve operational efficiency, and bring reliable robotic solutions into real-world facilities. We are now looking for a B2B Sales Manager / Sales Partner to help us expand in Canada. This is not a traditional sales job. This is a commission-based opportunity for someone who wants to build something meaningful in the fast-growing robotics industry. For the right person, this can be treated as your own business, with NorthRaaS providing strong backend support, product training, demo support, technical resources, quotations, delivery coordination, and after-sales service. What We Are Looking For We are looking for someone who is passionate about robotics, automation, and new technology. The ideal candidate should enjoy B2B sales, be comfortable reaching out to customers, and be motivated by challenges. Your main value will be helping us connect with the right customers, arrange demos, and move opportunities forward. A technical background is not required. What matters most is your ability to build trust, understand customer needs, and open doors. You may be a strong fit if you have connections or experience in areas such as: Commercial cleaning Facility management Property management Private schools and universities Healthcare facilities Warehousing and logistics Retail chains Manufacturing Government or public facilities Hospitality and convention centres Responsibilities Identify and develop B2B sales opportunities Connect with decision-makers such as facility managers, operations managers, procurement managers, cleaning contractors, and business owners Introduce autonomous robotics solutions to potential customers Coordinate on-site demos with support from the NorthRaaS team Understand customer pain points and help match them with the right solution Follow up with prospects and support the sales process from demo to closing Build long-term customer relationships in your market or industry segment Why This Opportunity The Canadian market is facing increasing labor costs, staffing challenges, and higher expectations for service quality.
