Corrpro Canada is a technology-enabled Cathodic Protection services company that provides construction, inspection, engineering, materials management and custom software and hardware to deliver innovative and data-driven corrosion management solutions. We are seeking a Temporary Sales Administrator at our Edmonton office!

POSITION SUMMARY:

Supports commercial sales and projects team in data entry, proposal development, project estimating, general reporting and administrative support. This is a temporary contract hourly position, 3-months in duration, with the opportunity to extend or transition to a full-time position.

WHAT YOU’RE RESPONSIBLE FOR:

  • Data entry, manipulation and migration utilizing Excel.
  • Supports project team in developing estimates for labor, equipment, and tools needed for projects.
  • Supports the development of commercial proposals utilizing Word templates and PDF software.
  • Entry of commercial opportunities into Customer Relationship Management (CRM) software.
  • Supports data entry, review and reporting within company Enterprise Resource Planning (ERP) platform.
  • Coordinates and communicates with other departments and regions to support daily tasks and position responsibilities.
  • Generates general reports utilizing internal tools and software.
  • Other administrative duties as assigned.

QUALIFICATIONS:

  • Education and/or Experience: 1 to 3 years of project coordination or administrative experience. Technical degree or diploma preferred but not required. Previous experience with proposal development and project estimation an asset.
  • Language Skills: Correspond and verbally communicate in a professional manner with internal stakeholders.

Other Skills & Abilities

  • Personal Attributes: Represent Corrpro in a professional manner, with a high degree of respect for all existing, potential customers and internal stakeholders. Self-starter, with ability to solve practical problems and takes initiative to come up with solutions.
  • Computer-Based: Frequent computer-related activities, such as typing and viewing a computer monitor are required. Strong proficiency in Excel, Word and PDF software a must. Previous experience with CRM software, Business Central, or MS Dynamix.
