Location: Vaughan, ON (Hybrid)

The ideal candidate has a strong background in pricing management, client support, and coordination across departments. Here’s What You Will Do

  • Coordinate and manage National sales programs.
  • Implement and maintain pricing and costing for National Accounts.
  • Create, maintain and update sales management reporting tools, PowerPoint presentations and customer analytics.
  • Updating leads, quotes and contacts in CRM.
  • Work collaboratively with National Account Managers to create and implement business opportunities.
  • Participate and engage in customer meetings via Teams or in person.
  • Under direction of Management, negotiate with manufacturers, prices and conditions to finalize new agreements and/or retain customers.
  • Assist in preparation of National business and tender proposals for paper, packaging and large format.
  • Maintain pricing tools to be used in the market for National clients.
  • Coordination and participation in industry events including trade shows, industry networking events.
  • Forecasting and reporting (back orders, sales demand).
  • Analyzing products within the different locations, purchasing and internal systems to maximize our fill rates and our level of service.
  • Review customers websites for accuracy of products; providing images, UPC and other product attributes to customers.

What are we looking for?

  • Post-secondary education in Business, Marketing, or other relevant area of study
  • 2 or more years of experience in a similar role (ex - Inside Sales, Account Management, B2B Customer Service, Sales Administration, Sales Coordination, Pricing Coordinator, etc.)
  • Experience in the print, display, packaging, paper industry is an asset. Experience working with major retailers (Walmart, Staples, etc.) would be an asset/preferred.
  • A high sense of urgency and ability to prioritize is essential.
  • Excellent communication skills (written and oral). Bilingual French and English proficiency are an asset.
  • Highly organized, detail-oriented, accurate, and analytical.
  • Strong problem solving and critical thinking skills with a proactive approach to tasks
  • Computer proficiency, including expertise with MS Office Suite, ERP and/or CRM experience is an asset/preferred. Strong PowerPoint skills are essential for this role! A creative eye and ability to produce appealing PowerPoint presentations is an asset.
  • Strong work ethic: Reliable, punctual, accountable, team-oriented, able to self-manage, motivated.
  • Valid driver’s license with ability to travel occasionally within the GTA.
