Copper Sights & Spirits, the rooftop cocktail bar at Andaz Ottawa ByWard Market
We are looking for experienced servers to join our team. We are a fast-paced rooftop bar and lounge focused on craft cocktails, wine, and elevated small plates. Our team delivers attentive, knowledgeable service in a vibrant, high-energy environment overlooking the city. This role is ideal for servers who are confident on the floor, knowledgeable about food and beverages, and comfortable working in busy service periods.
We are looking for full-time and part-time servers and this is a tip sharing position. If you enjoy hospitality, great cocktails, and working in a vibrant rooftop atmosphere, we’d love to hear from you.
WHAT IS EXPECTED FROM ME?
- Provide professional, attentive service to guests in a high-volume rooftop lounge
- Take food and beverage orders and offer recommendations on cocktails, wine, beer, and menu items
- Ensure tables are properly maintained throughout service
- Deliver food and drinks efficiently and accurately
- Work closely with bartenders, hosts, and management to maintain smooth service
- Assist with opening, closing, and side work duties
WHAT WE ARE LOOKING FOR?
- Minimum 3 years serving experience in a restaurant, cocktail bar, or lounge
- Strong knowledge of cocktails, wine, and beer
- Comfortable working in a fast-paced, high-volume environment
- Professional, friendly, and guest-focused attitude
- Smart Serve certification required
- Evening and weekend availability
