We’re Hiring! Full-Time Customer Service Representative
Family Pet Hospital & 24-Hour Pet Emergency Centre is looking for a full-time Customer Service Representative to join our team! As a Veterinary Medical Representative, you are the face and voice of our hospital. Whether you’re greeting clients at the front desk or answering the phone, you play a vital role in creating a welcoming, compassionate experience for every pet and their family. First impressions matter, and our reception team is an essential part of providing exceptional patient and client care. We’re looking for a friendly, motivated individual who has a positive attitude, enjoys working in a fast-paced environment, and is passionate about strengthening the human-animal bond through outstanding customer service. Your responsibilities will include: Greeting and welcoming clients and their pets Answering calls on our multi-line phone system and scheduling appointments Collecting and updating patient information in our computer system Processing payments and handling financial transactions Providing clients with general information about our services and procedures Maintaining a clean, organized, and welcoming reception area Working closely with our veterinary team to ensure excellent client care What we’re looking for: Excellent communication and customer service skills Strong organizational skills and the ability to multitask in a busy environment Confidence using computer systems and software A positive attitude and willingness to learn Must be available to work evenings and weekends Previous veterinary education or experience is preferred but not required
