What the job involves
- Engineering Excellence: Build and maintain features end-to-end with React / TypeScript, Django / Python, and GraphQL / Relay, writing clean, performant, and maintainable code
- AI Tooling Advocate: Champion the use of AI tools, from quick prototyping to test generation, to strengthen our engineering practices
- Outcome-Oriented Delivery: Focus on work that meaningfully moves product and business metrics, translating requirements into user impact, not just output
- Collaborative Development: Partner closely with Product, Design, and QA to turn concepts into polished experiences that delight users
- Quality & Testing: Contribute to our CI pipeline by writing unit, integration, and regression tests, and take part in thoughtful code reviews to keep quality high
- Technical Specifications: Draft and refine tech specs, break work into deliverable pieces, and define success metrics to ensure every release delivers impact
- Continuous Improvement: Introduce new tools, libraries, and best practices that boost developer productivity and code quality, while mentoring teammates along the way
