We're looking for a Reconditioning & Detailing Technician who takes pride in

delivering exceptional results, values quality workmanship, and enjoys seeing the transformation that comes from attention to detail.

Hourly Wage Range: $18.15 - $20.00

Please note: This position is not eligible for Immigration Assistance due to

National Occupational Classification (NOC) requirements.

What You'll Do

Every vehicle you touch represents our commitment to quality and customer

satisfaction. Your responsibilities will include:

  • Professionally detail and recondition new, used, and collision-repaired vehicles to dealership standards.
  • Restore vehicle interiors and exteriors through cleaning, polishing, stain removal, odor elimination, waxing, and paint enhancement.
  • Complete Pre-Delivery Inspection (PDI) cleans and prepare vehicles for customer delivery.
  • Maintain showroom vehicles in pristine, display-ready condition.
  • Perform buffing, polishing, paint correction, and application of protective products when required.
  • Identify cosmetic imperfections and communicate recommendations to management.
  • Safely move, organize, and park vehicles throughout dealership and collision centre operations.
  • Maintain a clean, organized, and safe detailing workspace while caring for equipment and supplies.
  • Work closely with the Collision Centre, Service Department, and dealership teams to ensure vehicles are delivered on time and exceed customer expectations.

What You Bring

We're looking for someone who takes pride in their work and understands that

quality is in the details.

You have

  • Automotive detailing or vehicle reconditioning experience (preferred).
  • Experience with buffing, polishing, paint correction, or ceramic/protective coatings is considered an asset.
  • A valid driver's license with a clean driver's abstract.
  • The ability to safely operate both automatic and manual transmission vehicles.
  • Strong attention to detail and a commitment to producing high-quality work.
  • Excellent organizational and time management skills.
  • The ability to work independently while contributing positively to a collaborative team environment.
  • A positive attitude, strong work ethic, and commitment to customer satisfaction.
