About the role
Crosier Kilgour is seeking a highly skilled Structural Restoration Technologist to join our growing Structural Restoration team. This role is focused on the investigation, assessment, documentation, and construction review of existing concrete, masonry, steel, and wood structures. The ideal candidate combines technical curiosity, strong communication skills, attention to detail, and a practical approach to solving complex building performance and restoration challenges. The position involves field investigations, preparation of construction documentation and field reports, site reviews during construction, and close collaboration with engineers, clients, contractors, and internal project teams.

Qualifications & Skills
Diploma in Civil Engineering Technology Two to 10+ years of relevant experience in structural restoration, rehabilitation, forensic engineering, and/or structural design. Experience with concrete repair, masonry restoration, post-tensioned systems, corrosion mitigation, waterproofing, or facade assessment is considered an asset. Strong understanding of structural materials and deterioration mechanisms. Detail-oriented, organized, and able to manage competing priorities across multiple projects.
