About the role

Corporate & Charter Sales

Red Arrow and Ebus, owned by Keolis Canada, is seeking a Corporate Charter & Sales Representative to drive growth and expand our presence across Alberta, BC, and Ontario. In this role, you will build relationships with corporations, event planners, sports teams, and other organizations to promote our premium motorcoach services. From prospecting new clients to managing key accounts, you’ll be responsible for achieving sales targets, negotiating contracts, and representing Red Arrow and Ebus at trade shows and networking events. As part of Keolis, a global leader in passenger transportation, this is a field-facing role where your skills in business development, relationship building, and closing deals will directly contribute to our success.

Key Responsibilities

  • Achieve and exceed sales and revenue targets for corporate travel and charter services
  • Prospect and secure new business opportunities across Alberta, BC, and Ontario
  • Build relationships with decision-makers in corporations, event planners, sports organizations, travel agencies, and associations
  • Manage and grow existing accounts, increasing loyalty and repeat bookings
  • Develop tailored proposals, negotiate contracts, and close sales
  • Monitor market trends and competitor activity to identify new opportunities
  • Represent Red Arrow and Ebus at trade shows, networking events, and client meetings
  • Collaborate with Marketing to develop sales materials and targeted campaigns for corporate accounts
  • Maintain positive working relationships with Operational, Finance and Customer Service teams
  • Promote the comfort, reliability, and value of Red Arrow and Ebus services to potential clients
  • Monitor Sales KPI’s on weekly and monthly basis and provide regular reporting to Sales and Marketing Manager and Vice President, Motorcoach.

Qualifications

  • 3–5 years of proven success in outside/field sales, business development, or account management (required)
  • Business or marketing education is considered an asset
  • Transportation, travel, or hospitality industry experience is an asset
  • Valid driver’s license and own vehicle to be used for work (mileage reimbursement provided)
  • Comfortable working independently and traveling frequently throughout Alberta, BC, and Ontario
  • Strong presentation, communication , negotiation, and closing skills
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office; CRM experience is an asset
  • Results-oriented mindset and strong decision making abilities.
  • Ability to work independently or in a small team.

Interview Process
Shortlisted candidates will be asked to prepare and deliver a brief mock sales presentation as part of the formal interview. This will demonstrate your ability to engage a potential client, showcase our services, and close a deal.
