The Opportunity:

We’re looking for an intern to join our Visa team for a 4-month opportunity. The Visa Product team is responsible for supporting and evolving Visa card products to meet member and business needs. The team works closely with cross-functional teams such as but not limited to technology, operations, marketing, and change partners to deliver retail and business credit card solutions. This role will report to a Sr. Product Manager.

A typical day would involve:

  • Supporting delivery activities and product planning for Visarelated products and capabilities, including competitive research, analysis, and documentation

  • Helping maintain product backlogs, roadmaps, requirements, and action items under the guidance of product managers

  • Assisting with product lifecycle activities such as discovery, requirements documentation, launch preparation, and postlaunch reviews

  • Coordinating with technology, business, and operations partners to track dependencies and support delivery milestones

  • Supporting business readiness, communications, and change activities related to project launches or releases

You are:

  • A Critical Thinker - You seek to facilitate data-driven decision making, including "rolling up your sleeves" to elicit requirements, research, analyze data

  • Curious & innovative - You always do your research and analyze it to assess and recommend a course of action considering industry best practices

  • A team player - you can engage with members of your team as well as cross-functional teams and are willing to collaborate across projects and initiatives.

  • Resourceful – You are self-motivated and proactively seek answers, take initiative, and work independently while knowing when to collaborate or escalate.

  • Results-Oriented - You have a demonstrated ability to engage stakeholders to elicit requirements gathering, analyze findings, generate appropriate solutions, and build deliverables all while securing team's commitment to these solutions.

You have:

  • Current enrollment in an undergraduate program within an applicable field and eligible for co-op/internship opportunities

  • An interest in financial services, product management, marketing, and technology

  • A willingness to work in a highly flexible environment with multiple competing priorities.

  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills

  • A high level of attention to detail

Bonus points, if you have:

  • Knowledge of product management and product lifecycle delivery

  • Familiarity with Agile or iterative delivery approaches

  • Exposure to tools such as Azure DevOps (ADO), Miro or similar

  • Coursework or experience in product management, business analysis, or digital products

  • Strong documentation and presentation skills

What You’ll Earn:

This role offers a pay range of $27.85/hr.
