During your internship, you will contribute to :
- Prepare month end reports and support related analysis
- Produce monthly account reconciliations and journal entries
- Prepare supporting documentation for internal & external audits
- Maintain databases and Excel files (Production cost details etc.)
- Provide support on special projects (for example the implementation of PowerBI) and ad hoc requests
- Tasks will evolve to meet students’ abilities.
How to thrive in this role?
- You are currently completing a Bachelor’s degree in Accounting (or equivalent) OR a CPA Specialized Graduate Diploma (DESS)
- If you are currently enrolled in a Bachelor’s degree, you have completed a minimum of 2 semesters of studies in this program
- You have a good level of written and speaking French and English
- You have good organizational & planning skills
- You have good computer skills (Windows and MS Office suite), including a strong knowledge of Excel, Access, and Power Point (PowerBI an asset)
- You possess good judgement and are a good team worker in a multidisciplinary team
Role available in several teams :
- Centralized Services - Support to Global 7500 & Global 5000/6000 : Support several aspects of the G7500/G5000/6000 program exclusively (Inventory, Unit Cost, Labor & Overhead, etc.)
- Support to St-Laurent Plant : Support several aspects (Inventory, Unit Cost, Bill of Material, etc.)
- Financial Planning & Analysis : In charge of budget consolidation and analysis as well as company performance forecasting
- Supply Chain : Support the Global Supply Chain function encompassing Direct Procurement, Indirect Procurement and Logistics
Boarding Information:
- Location: Administrative Centre (CA)
- Duration: 8 months
- Flexible workplace-Hybrid
It is important to note that our internship opportunities are open to students only, not new graduates. All our interns may be required to occasionally travel outside of Canada for training/work purpose.
