Why this role matters
As a Room Attendant, you help shape every guest’s stay. A beautifully prepared room is more than clean — it reflects care, detail, and professionalism.
Your work directly impacts guest satisfaction, team efficiency, and the overall reputation of the Resort.
This is an active, hands-on role that requires consistency, efficiency, and attention to detail.
What you'll do
- Clean and service guest rooms to Resort standards, including bathrooms, bedrooms, and living spaces
- Change linens, make beds to presentation standards, and replenish amenities
- Inspect rooms to ensure cleanliness, safety, and readiness for arrival
- Identify and report maintenance issues promptly
- Maintain hallways, storage areas, and service spaces in clean and organized condition
- Follow health, safety, and sanitation protocols consistently
- Manage time effectively to meet daily room quotas
- Collaborate closely with the housekeeping team and Front Desk to support guest needs
- Respond professionally and courteously to guest requests when encountered

- Ability to work independently and as part of a team in a fast-paced environment
- Reliability and commitment to high standards—our guests notice the little things
- Comfortable communicating with team members and supervisors to ensure smooth daily operations
- A professional appearance and respectful approach to every shift
- Physical ability to perform housekeeping tasks including lifting up to 30 pounds, standing, and bending throughout the day
- A positive, adaptable mindset with a great sense of humour—we work hard and have fun doing it
