Role Description This is a full-time, on-site Sales Consultant role located in Vancouver, BC. The Sales Consultant is responsible for assisting customers in selecting and purchasing vehicles that meet their needs and preferences. Day-to-day responsibilities include understanding customer requirements, providing product knowledge about Honda vehicles, delivering exceptional customer service, and maintaining a high standard of customer satisfaction. The role also involves effective communication to build trust and rapport with clients and contributing to overall dealership sales goals.

Qualifications Proficiency in Sales Consulting and Consulting to assist customers in selecting vehicles and providing tailored advice. Bilingual such as CANTONESE, TAGALOG, or other languages will be an asset. Strong Customer Satisfaction and Customer Service skills to create a positive and welcoming experience. Excellent Communication skills to effectively convey information and build relationships with clients. Ability to work in a team environment and meet sales targets. Previous experience in automotive sales or a related role is a plus. Knowledge of Honda vehicles and willingness to stay updated with product offerings and features. Valid driver’s license and clean driving record.
