Job Description

Under the direction of the Front of House Management Team, Bottle Service Bussers support the delivery of a high-energy, VIP bottle service experience by maintaining clean, organized sections and assisting with the efficient flow of beverages and service items. This role plays a key part in ensuring guests enjoy a seamless and memorable nightlife experience.

  • Support Bottle Servers by assisting with drink running and table maintenance to ensure a seamless VIP service experience

  • Deliver beverages quickly and accurately, ensuring drinks reach the correct guests without auctioning

  • Maintain cleanliness and organization of all service areas, sections, and guest tables throughout the shift

  • Clear glassware, bottles, and debris promptly to keep tables guest-ready at all times

  • Monitor drink presentation and alert Servers or management to any quality concerns

  • Practice strong floor awareness and anticipate guest and team needs in a busy nightlife environment

  • Empty garbage, change linen bags, and manage recycling in accordance with venue standards

  • Communicate effectively with Servers, Hosts, and management to support efficient seating and service flow

  • Relay guest feedback or requests to Servers to help create a positive and memorable experience

  • Follow all food safety, sanitation, and alcohol service policies

  • Perform opening, closing, and side duties as required

  • Perform other duties as assigned

Qualifications

  • Minimum 6 months of experience in a busser, barback, or support role in a high-volume restaurant, lounge, or nightclub environment

  • Smart Serve certification required

  • Ability to work late-night shifts, weekends, and holidays based on business needs

  • Strong attention to detail and ability to stay organized in a fast-paced setting

  • Physically capable of lifting and carrying up to 50 lbs and being on your feet for extended periods

  • Able to take direction, prioritize tasks, and maintain a strong sense of urgency during busy service

  • Clear and confident verbal communication skills

  • Professional, team-oriented attitude and willingness to support multiple service areas
